- I can negotiate more interesting financial terms
- If you have selected a specific location, I will contact the owners of properties there and check whether they are considering selling
- I will prepare a selection of suitable properties for you
- I will arrange the introductory viewings for you
- I will arrange video tours or an online meeting without the need for your presence
- I will verify the technical and legal status of the preferred properties
What to expect?
The contract is usually for 3 to 6 months
Renumeration arises only once the reservation or purchase contract is signed
Initially, a refundable deposit of 20,000 CZK is made to confirm your genuine interest
If I don’t find anything suitable for you, I don’t charge anything
My reward is 2% of the purchase price

- I will compile a selection of suitable properties and prepare an offer for you
- Meet with you at viewings (in person or online)
- I will check the technical and legal status of the real estate at the entry level
- Administration at the end - negotiation of signing contracts
